Last MCF Classes of this Semester

The Canadian School (CISB), Dulwich (DCB), adn the British School (BSB) all had their last classes of the semester on Saturday. Their students have worked hard to plan lessons, create resources, and teach lessons that are fun, interesting, and effective. The MCF organization are gratful for all of their hard work and that of their teachers who guide them and get up early on a Saturaday morning to come with them! These sessions are not just about our students learning, but the volunteers too and I’ve been able to see that occur in spades this year. Well done everybody!

Last class for our small groups too, but we managed to have one last go at the Hokey Cokey -not the Hockey Pockey as certain American colunteers would claim! A sad day tooas they say goodbye to their students and we say goodbye to some of them who are leaving us and Beijing for good (apparently commuting from Europe or another country is too difficult)…bye bye Gary, Saskia, Lance, Matt, and Mira- you will be missed! The rest of you we’ll see you in September!!
